What data leaves my machine?

The text you choose to speak is sent to a TTS provider. Screen content is not stored at rest.

Is this Mac only?

Yes for the soft launch. Other platforms are not offered yet.

How is listening time measured?

Each plan shows estimated Standard and HQ listening time plus the monthly credit count. Under the hood, 1 credit = 1 character at Standard; High quality costs 2.5× (rounded up). About 900 characters ≈ 1 minute of speech — estimates only; billing is by character, not by the clock.

What happens when I run out?

Speaking pauses until your next renewal or you upgrade. Allowances do not roll over.
